About the apartment
My lovely apartment is within walking distance of Puerto de la Duquesa in the Duquesa Suites Golf & Garden residential area and is ready to be rented. It is located on the 1st floor and is 76 m2 divided into 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and large terrace. The apartment is accessible for disabled, as there’s a lift.
There is:
– Air conditioning in all rooms
– Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and the apartment also includes an iron, hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner.
– WIFI and SMART TV with Chromecast in the apartment.
The apartment’s terrace faces South / East and overlooks the pool, the Mediterranean Sea and a beautiful mountain area.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
There is room for up to 6 people in the apartment. 2 x 2 pers in the bedrooms and the possibility of sleeping 2 on the sofa bed in the living room.
NOTE: THERE IS POSSIBILITY FOR LONG-TERM RENTALS. THE PRICE AGREEMENT INDIVIDUALLY.
Duquesa Suites & Neighborhood
Duquesa Suites has 24-hour surveillance, there are 3 swimming pools (1 children’s pool), playgrounds, barbecue area, paddle-tennis court, basketball court, nice garden area and underground garage attached apartment. In the near area there is the possibility of golf, hiking, cycling and good shopping (3 supermarkets).
The closest restaurants are about 200 m from the apartment and there are approx. 800 m to the harbour city, the beaches and even more restaurants and bars where you will find good wines and tapas serving as well as live music and dancing opportunities.
Location & Transport
The apartment is approx. 40 km from Gibraltar and 90 km from Malaga Airport. There is always the possibility to rent a car cheaply (usually use www.doyouspain.com), or there are direct bus connections from Estepona airport, from which you can take a local bus to the apartment.

The town of La Duquesa – 300 days of sunshine a year!
La Duquesa is a charming little town featuring cozy cafes, bars, shops and restaurants, where you will also find dancing opportunities with genuine Spanish ambience and music. It is authentic oasis situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, far away from noise of the big city, which is often associated with the Costa del Sol. The harbour, Puerto de la Duquesa is one of the Costa del Sol’s marinas, and is attractive to both sailors and tourists.
In the close area of Duquesa, you will find a large amount of untouched nature that is typical for for the area. In spring you will find flowering almond trees, vineyards, palm trees, cacti, lemon, orange and mandarin trees, as well as flowering nature all year round. You may find Europe’s best climate with 300 days of sunshine a year.
